To Place Orders:
Orders can be placed directly through our website or by phone. For phone orders please call 714-850-1811. Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards are accepted. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed.
Ground shipping varies from receipt of order and final destination. Transit days can range from 3-5 business days.
Rigg Gear USA is not responsible for any delays in transit after collected by designated carrier.
Orders over $50 ship ground within the immediate USA free. Orders under $50 will include a flat shipping rate of $15 for standard Ground transit. Please contact Customer Service for expedited shipping options and rates.
**Customers will be responsible paying a flat fee of $12.50 for any address changes or corrections if Ship To address is incomplete or invalid**
Leave at door:
Unless otherwise stated, orders that are sent Ground DO NOT required a signature for delivery. This authorizes the carrier to leave the package in the event that no one is home to sign for it. This waives your right to hold Rigg Gear USA, Inc. responsible for any resulting claims. If you prefer to have someone sign for the package, please state that in the "comment or special instruction" section prior to checking out. There is a $5 fee to add signature required and payment for this fee will be processed upon receipt of order.
Rigg Gear USA currently does not offer International shipping. We also cannot process orders if you reside outside of the US (billing address) and want to ship to a US address. Orders must have a US billing address.
If there are any questions regarding size, fitment, compatibility, etc., please contact Customer Service before placing your order. Our friendly Customer Service Representatives will assist with all of your questions to ensure you're buying the best product to fit your needs and application.
If an item becomes out of stock or is no longer available you will be notified via e-mail and explain your options. Any backorders are filled when the item becomes available.
Returns / Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any item to be considered for return or exchange must be in original packing, never used and 100% resalable. All accessories (straps, buckles, rain covers, etc) must also accompany the product. Any return must be pre-authorized from Rigg Gear USA by contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization number that must appear on the outside of the box. Items sent without a return authorization number can be refused and sent back at the senders expense. Approved refunds are only issued if item was bought directly from Rigg Gear USA and meets the guidelines stated above. A 10% restocking fee per item will be applied on all returned items. You are responsible for all inbound shipping charges on any item sent to us for exchange or return. For exchanges, a shipping charge will be applied and must be prepaid prior to the new item(s) shipping.

No exchange or return will be allowed.
Please note that our products have been tested at legal highway speeds in North America and under normal weather conditions. The owner of this product takes full responsibility to ensure that the luggage is mounted securely and correctly to not damage the vehicle or put the owner at any risk. Luggage that is not mounted securely may become loose and could cause serious injury or even death. It is imperative not to overload your luggage. Products are not tested or designed for extreme weather conditions.
It is highly recommended to check all connection buckles and straps on a regular basis. If there are signs that the connections may be damaged or needs replacing, discontinue use of the product and repair. Keep product away from any chemicals (example: gasoline and any solvents). Any contact with such chemicals may cause damage to the bag or compromise the connection buckles and straps. Contact with any chemicals will make the warranty invalid.
